RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 21 days upon receipt of your package. 

RETURNS

Visit our returns center and enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

EXCHANGES

Visit our returns center and enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange, note the new size/item you would like. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Items returned or exchanged must be in their unused condition with the Lomar tag attached to the garment.
We do not accept a returned or exchanged item that’s been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

 

Note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits
SALE ITEMS: All sale items are sold final sale and cannot be exchanged for store credit.

REFUNDS

The refund will be issued to you in the original form of payment once we have received the return and have been able to inspect it to make sure it has the original Lomar tag attached and has not been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
All refunds will be processed and show up in your account within 10 business days.
Note: The original shipping fee/taxes are non-refundable.
