WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 21 days upon receipt of your package.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the Lomar tag attached to the garment. We do not accept a returned item that’s been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
If there is an item that you would like to exchange for another size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping return label. Once we receive the item, we will send out the replacement item.
Note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits
All sale items are sold final sale and cannot be exchanged for store credit.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a shipping exchange label.
When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification. All refunds will be issued to you in the original form of payment with deduction of returned shipping cost. Once we have received the return and have been able to inspect it to make sure it has the original Lomar tag attached and has not been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
All refunds will be processed and show up in your account within 10 business days.
When we receive your exchanged item, our customer service representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE ON AN ORDER?
