As we all know, a modern day work lifestyle is a significant disadvantage for most of us. Sitting at a desk for long hours at a stretch, not only does harm to your health but also causes aches and keeps your blood from circulating normally. Sitting too much can also lead to unwanted changes in your body like visible love handles and the dreaded double chin.
